An individual who is presented as an accompanied Guest of a Member will be permitted to utilize Reynolds pools & fitness centers up to six times per Membership year. This six-time limit applies to the individual Guest, not the Membership.

• Monday – Thursday: A total of 8 Guests per Membership will be allowed per day.
• Friday – Sunday: A total of 4 Guests per Membership will be allowed per day.
• Richland Pointe Spa Pool: A total of 4 Guests per Membership will be allowed per day Monday – Sunday.

Please refer to the check-in and identification requirements below to ensure your guests are permitted access when they visit. The accompanied Guest fee for Club pools and fitness centers is $10 per guest, per day. Guest fees will be applied to the Member’s Club account statement.

All children age 5 and under are exempt from guest fees and do not count toward your daily guest maximums.

Richland Pointe spa, fitness, and pool facilities are reserved for primary Members whose underlying Membership category is The Reserve or Platinum. Reserve and Platinum primary Members are required to accompany their Extended and Generational family members and guests at all times when visiting these Club facilities. The Membership Plan prohibits Members from being the guest of another Member. Club facility access is strictly limited to each Members elected underlying Membership category.
